[Help]What is wrong with this script

Can anyone help please. This is a png fix file, part of theme I have.

Virus total shows 1:43 virus/trojan.

Can anyone look at this code and say what is wrong

Here it is decoded, look toward the bottom and see document.execCommand("BackgroundImageCache", false, true)
This is throwing the virus warning message as this command can be used do some nasty things for people with older web browsers.
In this case it is being used to fix an known issue with IE 6 so you are good to go.
