From the screen shot that you made, those 1 buck might due to inactivity. 5 bucks and the 50 and 18 not sure. They shouldn't have took them altogether.

    Sorry to hear that Shadyriley,

It is mentioned in their accounting policy that the account that has not been producing any income in 90 days and have a positive balance will be considered dormant and will be charged dormant fee.

    Code:
    http://www.clickbank.com/accounting.html#A16
Yeah it sucks if we can't producing sales consistently. I guess one way to prevent it is by buying something cheap using our own affiliate link. Think some gurus product that have a trial for 3 days or 7 days and then cancel before they charge the big money. Remember to cancel, not refund it. This way your clickbank account have an earning and you have another 90 days to produce sales.

Commission Junction is also have similar policy, if your account dormant for 6 month and you have a positive balance they will charge $10 each month.

Yeah it really sucks, those clickbank policy maker must be making a lot of money from not so productive affiliates. We all affiliates should make a petition or something that can change their policy. After all they (clickbank) are making money if sales are happening. They shouldn't take advantage from non productive affiliates.

I know they will charge $1 due to inactivity, but when there's $139 in the account, they should have paid that already. My question is why didn't they pay that $139 in the first place? And to forfeit all that money is unacceptable.

I'm aware about the 1 buck charged but the 5 bucks and subsequent 50 and 18, I was not.

Shady, you should have cashed out the money long time ago, rather than letting them to cut off from you.

I see that Shadyrileys' account hasn't met the CDR(Client Distribution Requirements), therefore her earnings can't be paid out. I know it first hand as I was in a very similar situation when I was first starting out. I had an account with $300(3 sales) on it but since I didn't make 4 sales, all done with different credit cards, I couldn't pay them out. However, taking $50 bucks every two weeks are ridiculous, after all I doubt it costs them that much to have your money sitting in their bank account .

    They are scum.

Convenient scum, but scum none-the-less. The amounts go up the longer the account is "dormant".

To meet their distro rules now it is 5 sales from 5 different CCs and they must be a mixture of Visa and Mastercard.

Clickbank have made about 3 times out of me what they have paid me over the years - mostly because of "rule changes". What with them being sharks and loads of vendors rerouting visitors I am beginning to wonder what the fuck to do next. It's not like paypal are any better.
